The Computing and Software Working Group

The Computing and Software Working Group (CompSoft) is a joint working group of the International Gravitational-Wave Observatory Network (IGWN) that is charged with supporting the collaborations' research programmes through provision of computing resources, software, and expertise.

Group membership

CompSoft is open to any IGWN members! If you are interested in joining the group, please consider reviewing our section of the Operations White Paper, or contact the chairs.

Group leadership

CompSoft is chaired by two individuals from each of the KAGRA, LIGO, and Virgo collaborations.
